today I cleaned the head in my printer because it was leaving dirt on paper. It was the second time I did it. After putting together and turning on, the printer begins to flash all LEDs and doesn't show any specific error code. I checked all ribbon cables and tried to reset the printer by holding the power button, but nothing worked. What else can I do?
