I have had the et-4500 for about 3 years now, and whilst i do like the printer, its been ok as a family printer it has one downside to it. Sometimes, when its printing it puts black ink on the bottom edge of the page, like a smudge, the amount of it varies, but its always on the bottom edge of the paper, im just using standard 80gsm A4. Extended warrenty ran out last August, and to be honnest i dont print out alot of important documents, but it would be nice to see if there was a fax for it. Anyone else had this issue before, or heard of it?
