Hi
I am on the search for a printer that are capable of printing an image with a realistic looking texture. It should be possible to do so with a Giclee printer by over-dosing where i want the texture to bulge out. But it have been impossible for me to find some excact information on how it works in practice and where the limits for the technic are. I am devoloping some software that generates art with a separate texturemap. Right now i'm stucked on simulating the texture with some bumpmapping in the picture. But that's not realy satisfying in the long run so i am wery mutch interested in some knowledge about how to get the texture into my prints ? Or maybe there could be some alternative to Giclee prints ?
