HP Smart Tank 700 Series - Using 6ZA18AE Colour Printhead Instead Of 3YP17AE ?

HP lists the correct Colour printhead for the HP Smart Tank 750 as the 3YP17AE. It's the one that shipped with the new printer. However, all local shops sell the slightly smaller 6ZA18AE colour printhead in its place. No local stores stock the correct 3YP17AE. Maybe the reason is the 6ZA18AE is cheaper or they have a lot of old stock. Evidently, it does actually fit and print.

Has anyone tried the 6ZA18AE colour printhead in HP 700 series Smart Tank printers? Are there any issues? Is the print quality the same as the larger 3YP17AE Colour printhead that came with the printer?
