I received my Epson ET-4800 last week, set it up just fine. A couple of days later, I noticed that the contrast of the LED screen was very low or very high, because I can not see any printing on the screen. It was just white. However, if I look at the screen at an angle, I can faintly see words. I tried to find contrast adjustments in the online manual, but saw nothing regarding the LED adjustment.
I found one online mention for an “LCD Brightness Setting” under “Settings” then “General Settings”, but I did not have an option “General Settings” in the Settings menu on my printer.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
