Lexmark MX822ade - ID email problem

Hello everyone.

I has this multifunctional printer conected with an smtp service, and a software similar to equitrack.

Also i had configured the email service to use the email of the user conected at the multifunctional panel.

All services works fine, except the Card copy service, whene i try to send the email option.

The panel indicates that the job has been send, but this job never shows up ath the inbox.

I has been use the Google Workspace SMTP service, any of you think this is the problem?

Does anyone has experince with this?
