I could use some advice.
The automatic document feeder on my brand new ET-15000 from Amazon doesn't work. It repeatedly fails to feed the first document of a small stack. Even when it gets going it usually fails after a few pages. Nothing jams, it just doesn't start to feed, or occasionally stops moving the sheet after a few inches.
Amazon has 30 day returns, so I could just send it back and get another one. What's the chance that one will work OK?
Or I could give up now, go back to a Brother all-in-one, and live with constant ink cartridge purchases. Ugh.
Any advice would be welcome, especially from folks with ET-15000s.
