Outdoor large printer

Dear, I need to print outdoor format (UV resistant) with a large printers like T7000 or 9800.

Also, I use textile surfaces like C13S045302 or C13S045304 Epson references:

Questions:

- T7000 use pigment-based ink, better for outdoor than DYE based ink, how much time resist under the sun this pigment-based ink ?, I know that isn't the same the tropical sun than spanish sun where I live for example, I only need some information about that.

- can 9800 print over poly textile surfaces ?

- exist cheaper textile surfaces for ink printers different than Epson references ?
