Paper runs through, but nothing gets printed after refilling Canon TS202 black ink tank.

I got a Canon TS202 to be able to print very unimportant documents. For the first time in my life, I bought generic ink bottles and refilled the Canon black ink tank that I already had. At the beginning everything was perfect, but after a several prints the printer stopped printing everything that is black. Colors look fine (I have not refilled those tanks). What is extremely weird is that when I print head alignment and nozzle check, it prints fine!!! Black and color! It's only when I tried to print from Word, Excel or any other program that I am unable to print using black ink. Does anyone know what's happening and how I can fix it??
