I'm trying to copy a document.
When I do a black and white copy, it comes out in stripes with clear text, but large stripes.
When I do a color copy, the document is printed in full, but the text is gray and outlined, very strange.
I ran through the options for the head alignment, nozzle cleaning, etc and did the test prints... Not sure where to go from here.
I took a photo of the black and white and color copy side by side. Thank you
