Printer: Lexmark CS410DN
I've had this printer for over a year; I purchased it on ebay. the printer was brand new and sealed. Being new the toners were filled to their brim.
The printer prints fine, as long as it's black text, however, if I print a page that involves colour then that's where the problem begins. When I print a page for some reason there is always a line of red dots on the right hand side of the print-out.
I've attached a sample print.
Any help or suggestions would be welcomed.
PS: I have contacted Lexmark customer service via email, but I'm still awaiting a response.
