Printing pictures wrong size

I have an Epson Artisan 1430. It is printing pictures the wrong size. I have tried it in two different sizes and neither one is printing correctly

You dont indicate Operating System
If (Windows 7-10) follow this:
Click your photo -> Windows Photo Viewer opens displaying your photo
Top of screen click "Print"
Select printer at top of screen
Select Paper Size (4X6, 5X7 or 8X10)
Select Quality "Best Photo"
Select Paper Type "Photo Paper Glossy"
You choose at bottom of screen (Fit Picture To Frame). Watch your screen as you check & uncheck box.
Click "Print"

You dont have to use Windows Photo Viewer as there are many Photo Printing Applications available
