Hallo friends,
I use this printer and have some problems. The colored print is red tint. Sorry I don't know the right translation. The color of Blue and green is not correct.
I can see the Color level of the color tank and I 'm sure there is enough ink in the tanks.
I have already tried a "nozzle test" and a "print head cleaning" but not successful.
Can anyone help me?
I use Windows 10

You may have to manually clean the printhead by letting an IPA/Windex soaked towel under the printhead for 15 minutes to overnight when it's not in locked place. Then run the printhead cleaning 2x in a row before a nozzle print. Followed by 3x in a row before nozzle print. Something should loosen up. Keep us posted.

Do you know how to open the printer. I mean how can I reach the printhead.
Maybe you can post a Foto. That would be verry kind
