I keep getting the following message when trying to print from my Asus Notebook, "Turn enable bi-directional support on in the printer dialogue box"
Despite ticking the appropriate box the command does not get maintained by the computer and the message is received time and again. The only thing I did differently was to change broadband supplier and insert a new colour cartridge.
Any ideas?

Dont you have a "Save" button at the bottom of that page where you ticked the box.
Click "Save"

I get the same message for my MG7100 but there is no box to enable bi-directional printing. This just started after the huge Win 10 update. Also, when I run a windows troubleshoot on the printer I get a message warning that it might not work on USB 3. Despite these message the printer seems to work, but I suspect the win 10 update has done something bad.
