Using Epson Device Admin Software

Hello

I am trying to manager more than one printer remotely from another location using the epson device admin software. Has anyone got experience with this?

I can port forward etc via the router but I do not know what port it is on or how to change it. Or if it is even possible? Whatever I do does not work. This software works fine locally.

Any help appreciated thank you
