I have a epson et2803, unfortunately I allowed it to reach the point where it has completely quit printing. I tried to down free wic reset, and was unsuccessful at getting it to work. I purchased one and I still can't print, it just says unresponsive, and does nothing. So, I bought a new waste ink box, my printer doesn't seem to recognize it either. Anyone know a solution? I'm at a loss here, printer is 9 weeks old and I can't use it!!

Was it a genuine waste ink maintenance box? It may have been the wrong part. I would get a new maintenance cartridge and try again. Preferably from a different source.
