I just changed broadband providers so had to change my router.
I now find that my Epson XP245 will not connect to the new router without asking for a WPS code - which is not on the printer label or the paperwork that originally came with it.

I tried a code 012334565 that was suggested by Epson on their support pages - but that does not work.

Note - I found the correct WPS code from a printed info sheet - but even using that the printer will not connect to my router.

Can anyone suggest how I get the printer to connect?

Try router serial number, usually found on bottom of router.
Otherwise contact your broadband provider

You might require SSID (Wifi Name like Pewe-Wifi and Passphrase (password).
Depends on how router setup either WPS or SSID
