4250n 13.02.00 and commonly jams at end of job?

Hello,

I have a 4250n which will occasionally give a 13.02.00 code when running, but most commonly it accordians papers at the end of the paper path test. If I run 50, 50 pages will come out, but then another page will get delivered from tray 2 to below the toner cartridge and get all accordian'd up.

Any suggestions or other troubleshooting steps I can take?

Photos of what is happening.. When it jams with 13.20 there is no obvious defect in the papers in the path. It just "stops". At the end of the paper path test, it will accordian the paper as shown in the pics..
