Windows XP; HP Deskjet 722C - Am I facing the end of a long, trouble-free relationship with my 722C? Printing color results in only black and pink; new cartridge (tried 2 different ones); cleaned the cartridge per HP's Services tab; nada ... still only black and pink. Is there something else I should know about solving this? Many thanks.~

I'm mostly ignorant about HP's, but for Canon printers the guidance would be:
* Only do nozzle checks until the issue is resolved, or the print-head can be fried (if it isn't already)
* In a nozzle check, what are you seeing? Without that info, anything is pretty much blind speculation.
* It can be very helpful to upload a scan of the nozzle check.
* dye black and pigment black both showing up?
* "pink" would be mostly comprised of magenta and maybe some yellow, so that suggests the problem may be mostly the cyan channel ... but again ... what does the nozzle check look like?
