I read some very good reviews of Combo Ink, and ordered a replacement Yellow cartridge for my Brother MFC-J985DW. It DID NOT fit. So, I called them (very good customer service), and they sent me another one. Same problem!! I called again, and they said they would issue a refund if I mailed the non-fitting cartridges back, and that they would send me a return label with which to do so. So, I sent back both cartridges, and will wait to see if the refund is actually issued.
But the BIG QUESTION is: Can anybody help me with a recommendation for a reputable cartridge (that will fit my printer!) seller that is known for selling high quality replacement cartridges? My priority is a quality cartridge/s that fits, as opposed to looking for the cheapest. You know, like I do, that if I buy OEM cartridges, the price is just too inflated.
