Aficio 3235C Toner all over pages

Our Richo Aficio 3235C is printing cyan all over every page. If I use the copier on top it is fine but printing from a computer causes it to cover every page in cyan. I've cleaned the developer and drum but each time I pull the developer out it is covered in cyan powder. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It could very well be corrupted files in the drivers. try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. Since it prints fine from the printer and not the computer the problem is most likely originating from there.
