Aficio mp 171 spf pluged in USB : possible to scan to folder ?

Hello,

I have an aficio mp 171 spf ricoh printer with Windows 7.

It is plug in USB.

1) I would like to know how I can send a scan to folder please.
2) Is it possible to reach the administrator web page when it's connected in USB ?
