Aficio SP 8100 DN - prints vertical

I have this copier when loading paper from the by pass tray the print outs come out vertical. It's set to
portrait. All the settings are correct. I have changed the print driver from the universal driver to the specific
driver for this printer. When printing from the trays it's fine.

Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks!
