I hope this is of use. I had to uninstall my label printer. I visited the Brother.com sure to download it. Site correctly identified my PC as running 64 bit Windows 10. Downloaded driver refuses to load. Printer not installing as 'no driver found'. By chance, I ran Task Manager' as it tried to install and noticed the description was 32 bit. Eventually ran Compatability Troubleshooter and it suggests running the install file using Windows 8. Success. Shame that Brother haven't made 64 bit drivers available.
