Brother MFC-L2710DW does not print multiple pages (wireless)

Dears, If I want to print a document with many pages, only the first page is being printed; the same if I want to print one page document in many copies, only one page is printed. Einther PDF's or word doccuments. My PC runs under Linux Mint. Thankyou for a tip to solve the issue

I forgot to explain that this happens ONLY when I print in wireless modus through a wired modem which is connected wireless to the printer
