Hi,
I have a canon c1028i (the printer part is from HP Color LaserJet 3600DN), which had intermittent color printing, and I fount that the solenoid from the ITB was stucked, so I "repaired" the solenoid by bendind a little and the sticky foam was cleaned. Now I don't have yellow on the printed image at all, but when I start the colour calibration I can see yellow on the itb, so it is confusing for me. Does anybody have any ideea?

Hey,

If you can see yellow on the ITB during calibration but not on the print, it’s likely the yellow toner isn’t transferring from the belt to the paper. Check the transfer roller and make sure it’s clean and seated properly. Also double-check the yellow drum and contacts, sometimes after working on the solenoid, a connection or spring doesn’t sit right.

If all looks good, try running a few full-color cleaning pages or a “diagnostic print” from service mode, it can help re-sync the transfer.
