Our Canon PIXMA G3630 Megatank printer has stopped using any Magenta ink despite the fact that we have refilled the ink and run several of the "clean print head" programs on the printer itself. I have even tried to manually clean the print head to try and unclog any potential blockages. I have also pressed and held the "Stop" button on the button to run the various programs. I should clarify that I am no printer expert but need to get this fixed, ideally without much cost, as we use the printer regularly for our work. Attached is an image of the ink tubes inside the printer. Please let us know what we should be doing to fix the issue.

Had the same problem with my G-series, magenta wasn’t flowing even though the tank was full. I pulled the print head, soaked it in warm distilled water for a bit, then ran a deep clean twice. Also make sure there’s no air bubble in the magenta tube (you can gently tap or prime it). Worked after that.
