Canon Pixma Pro 9500 mark II work without printhead, when i mount it doesnt work

Hello everyone, im having an issue with my Canon Pixma Pro 9500 mark II , when i mount the printhead in , it start flashing the 2 light blue and yellow and the cart doesnt work continuing flashing the lights but without printhead the cart start mooving and there are no flashing lights, hope someone help me with this issue
