I purchased this printer just recently & set it up with ready light,wireless light & network light all lit however it still won't print. It is on my Mac Air laptop as well. Can it be a driver issue? Do I need to set it up again?

Did you receive driver cd with printer? Did you install driver for Mac Laptop?
Does Mac Laptop OS have built-in driver for Canon Pixma 3002?

Yes I did receive a CD & I installed a driver for the Mac. Don't think it has it built in

Thank u for your input. I was able to figure it out after reading all troubleshoots. Just deleted all printers & reentered the one I'm using. Thanks again
