Windows 11 PC.
I presently have a MFC-2705DW that just went on the fritz; no recent power outages or electric storms. No mater what I tried, it will not start. The best it does is the Fax/Scan/Copy buttons are lit, but that's it. Furthermore, the Brother's Utility Tool is throwing a Code:20000 error. And, there is no place on my PC that I can find a Brother app uninstall button. Nor can I find its drivers. From what I have found Googling, it is that most likely the machine has had it. So, I just got a new DPC-2640DW to replace the MFC. What I need to know is can I just load in the DPC, and the process will take care of my not being able to uninstall all the previous Brother stuff? If not, what do you recommend I do? Thanks.
