Copy of printed dcouments

Dear All,
I have a network printer Canon iR7200 with network Card, all the computers one the network can print documents via it, is there a way to save a copy from this printer of the printed documents ???

Another scenario , I have a print server (windows server 2003) connected to HP laser P2050 via network and the printer is shared, clients add the printer to print via it.
Is there a way to save a copy from the printed documents ?
