My problem is that I cannot contact the company, as they don’t have an email help line. Can anyone suggest a solution to my problem as I cannot connect it to my new laptop. I bought the printer about two years ago and was able then to connect it to my old laptop. Funny, I didn’t have any issues then so I can’t understand why the company are saying that it doesn’t exist!
There must be someone out there who has a solution, perhaps an employee can help?
