I have checked everything to include the plastic ribs in front of the fuser as well as the fuser itself, cleaned the printer innards completely, changed the pick-up rollers, replaced the duplexer assembly and replaced the entire back assembly. I am now at a complete loss as to the cause of this creasing. I am hoping that somebody in this community will have some insight to help me resolve this irritating problem.
