CS-410DN Tray 1 Empty error

Hi all !!

I have a CS-410DN, after replacing de Magenta cartridge for the first time I have "Tray 1 empty" error. I can print manually feeding paper.

Printer recognizes the tray. If I pull out the paper tray I read a message in the display --> insert paper tray.

Any ideas?
