printed out the wireless network test results page. Says no problems found, passed all tests. But the Eprint button is lit up on printer and when I press that it says can't connect to Internet. Even though every other place on printer says it is connected. My devices all find the printer and say they are ready to print but nothing happens when I press print. Any ideas?

    What operating system?
    What devices?
Is printer USB wired or wireless?

iPad is the device, printer is wireless. Everything connects to a wireless router.

    Operating system remains unknown.
Suggest that if everything else functions normally and you can access Internet,
    Then re-install printer.
First, you must uninstall any previous attempts to install

    For Windows System:
Navigate: Control panel -> Devices & Printers -> right Click 3510 Icon -> Select Remove Device
Do this for any remaining 3510 icons
Re-install using HP install CD - Carefully Follow HP install instructions
    Do Not interrupt install process
Navigate: Control panel -> Devices & Printers -> right Click 3510 Icon -> Select Make Default
Be sure you have correct SSID (router address) and passphrase

    Alternate:
See if printer functions USB connected
    Try printer on different computer
