Diy Dtg R3000 Epson dirrect to garmet printers A3.

Printer is not laying down anything but Cyan color,,,when sending to Print Test Page..instead black it prints it in Cyan..
I have done numerous cleaning even had to refill some of the cartridges., also checked print head,, all the nozzles spayed a nice even spay. I suspect dampers, and or capping issues. Next I will check to see if the print head seat firmly on the cap top.
I welcome any suggestions .

Does anyone knows how to remove and replace the capping top on Epson r3000??
