Epson 2880 Scratching Prints

Any specific guidance on how I can fix an Epson 2880 that is leaving scratches on prints (see image)? Air blasting near the printer heads near the effected area did not help. I did the nozzle cleaning using the Epson utility (I do not think this is relevant but I did it).
