Epson 4880c won't print magenta

Hello ,

I need help I have just replace printing head ( dx5) and the printer don't won't to print magenta color. I have check everything, the color comes to head but it doesn't print.

What brand Ink do you use?

I don't know the brand, but each of them are the same brand but only magenta doesn't print? The Ink is special for printing on metal ( UV INK).

Most interesting was that the first print was OK and then always missing magenta.

Did you recently get firmware update? Sounds like print head clog for Magenta. Can you try
OEM Epson brand ink specified for your printer?

No I didn't make any updates. I thought also that the head was clocked but I was change all dumpers and make a cleaning and I see magenta color on cup but when I wan't to print there is no M.. Maybe acro RIP doesn't work properly on WIN 10?

Rok: your Acro Rip manual says you can adjust amount of ink in header.

"Printer ink channels selected in the header against the amount of ink is injected
Is the ability to control. (Up to 0-200 injection).
"All the ink" to adjust the value"

Google info indicates works with Windows, but does not specify Windows 10.
