Epson Colorworks TM-C3500 NO print

Hi All,

This is my first post.
I have an Epson Colorworks TM-C3500 printer since 8 months or so.
Until now I have been printing well, but after printing a few hundred labels, in 3~4 labels are no more print any colors just lines with black.
I'm attaching a photo with CMYK test.
Printer not show any error, ink level and maintenance is ok.

Tried nozzle check and print head cleaning but with no luck.

I would be very grateful for any advice or recommendations
