epson cx4800 part question

So got this little part that broke because one of the clips holding it gave out. I have no idea what its called so I dont even know where to begin searching for a replacement heres a picture of what I am talking about little piece of plastic with a spring and 2 little black rollers theres like 3 total the first one is the one thats broken. Any help greatly appreciated
