Epson Dx6000 Cartridge error

hi,
i have Epson dx6000 i have new sets on t0715 cartridge but the printer is not recognizing the 4 .. if i place 3 cartridges then it show their status as full but if i put the 4th one so it gives the message that all 4 cartridges are missing .....please help
