Epson ET 2803 - lines in black

Help!
I got an Epson ET 2803 from someone that they claimed they had never used, but the ink as (full) in the tanks. They hadn't touched it in a year. It was super clogged, and after many head cleanings, power cleanings, and the running cleaning fluid through the head, I got it all unclogged.
But, no matter what I do, the plack isn't printing properly. Will always have a bunch of missing lines in it. (See attached)

I'm out of ideas. What could be wrong? I've cleaned it dozens of time and I've cleaned the waste bin.

Did you use the printer head cleaning method? I have seen this work sometimes and if it does not then you need to take out the printhead and soak the head part in warm water to further unclog the pores. Just the head part and not the whole thing. Had to do this just about a week ago on one that has been setting up for able a year. After you so that about twice then put it back together and do the printhead cleaning method again.

No guarantees, you might have to purchase a new print head.
