Epson L1300 Indicating Paper Jam

i try to trouble shoot my printer L1300 and it seems to look like that the machine indicating a paper jam.
but when i test the printer and i replacing the pick up rubber and the separation rubber.
but the problem still exist. i try to clean the paper feed sensor and the paper path.and when i test again it look likes the print head slowly moving and cannot initialize properly.

try using a thick sheet of A4 paper

Swinging of PE-sensor-arm has glitch-triggered PE-sensor while loading paper process. That's cause paper feeding messed up.

Trim edge PE-sensor-arm-blade (target blade) with sandpaper about 0.5mm, and so then swinging of PE-sensor-arm would not triggered PE-sensor.
