So bought this printer to convert to dtf (I already have one converted) it has arrived with both paper and ink light flashing at the same time. I tried a waste pad dump that worked but did not stop the flashing. I load the paper but as soon as I send anything to print, it will take the paper in so far then gets stuck. I then have to switch the machine off and manually turn the grey semi circle to reset the paper loading mechanism to get it to light up normally but again as soon as I try to print it does the same thing. any help or advice would be really appericate before I start stripping it down for parts.
