EPSON L4160 ecotank refilling problem.

Hello fellow forumers:


Printer: EPSON L4160
Ink Model: C13T03Y100 /200 /300 /400 Set 4 color for L4150/L4160


I just bought a refill set of 4 bottles(black, yellow, cyan, magenta).

The ink wont run from the bottles to fill up the ink tanks, when i try to top them up.

Anybody who owns one of these these ecotank models and will likely be able to provide some advice will know what I am talking about.

The printer was hardly used (especially colours) over the approximately 18 months since I bought it. I was surprised to find the colored inks have dried up. That may be the cause of the problem. And I

I don't have that Epson and can't help you with the ink flow issue, but I am curious, was the printer left powered on during most of that time?
