Epson P50 Printing page problem

I have a strange problem which has occurred with printing a page.
I am using an iMac with Epson P50.
I have received a daily report for 3 years by email, probably written on Outlook.
When I print it, it prints on 3 pages and no problem to read.

3 days ago it started to condense onto one page and the print is so small I can't read it.

If I go back to emails received before this occurred they still print OK.

I have not changed any settings on my Mac. I have tried all sorts to get it to print larger but cant.

I have checked with the sender and he hasn't changed anything.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.
