Epson p600 not printing wirelessly from mobile

Any advice please
Printer is on, appears to have good signal, I've turned off router/ computer etc still the same?

Has it worked from your phone or tablet in the past? Have you updated your modem or router lately? Wireless technology is accelerating faster than printers that still work and want to keep up. They say it's backwards compatible but it's very much not. Not in our experience at least. We've talked with a lot of people who thought they were forced to buy a new printer. Only to find out it still works if directly connected by a long ethernet or USB cable.
