Epson P6570D - Loading 13" paper

I recently purchased a roll of 13" photo paper for my Epson P6570D wide format printer. When loading the paper, the left spindle is pushing down one of the paper arms. It doesn't look right to me.

I have included a picture with a red arrow pointing to the point of interest. What are your thoughts on the location of the spindle on the left and it resting on the paper arm?

Well the attach files option shows the image attached to the reply but it doesn't show after you post the reply and the insert image comes up with an error "oops! we ran into some problems."
