I temporarily upped my subscription to a higher level try to cover some of this but even doing that in the middle of the month comes at an extra cost that they fail to outline anywhere in their information. I have asked for a clear breakdown of these charges but I doubt they will give that as their responses are so generic. My main concern now is reading all these stories of printers being blocked once the subscription is cancelled. I cannot afford to be without a printer so this is a real concern!! How are they able to do that when we have purchased these printers outright. I am so angry right now!! [/QUOTE]
