Epson WF-4740

Just got a new Epson WF-4740. It makes a mechanical low fluttering hum and then a high fluttering hum when scanning or copying. Our previous Epson did not make these sounds. It sounds like the old dot matrix printers. It doesn't sound right. Does your Epson WF-4740 make this sound?
